- Order information: your name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping address and the items you buy.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider, Square. We never see or store your full card number.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to sign up.
- Messages: anything you send us when you contact us.
- Your bag: the items in your bag are saved in your own browser’s local storage so they’re still there when you come back. This stays on your device.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including sending order and shipping updates.
- To handle order changes, refunds and customer service.
- To send our newsletter, if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store — for example our payment processor (Square), website host, database provider, email provider and shipping carriers — and only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
